”Positivo: hotel excelente, bonito, bem arrumado Negativo: éramos 4 pessoas, mas só recebemos 4 toalhas. Mesmo pedindo na recepção, infelizmente esqueceram.”

”The place is wonderful, the room was in front of the lake and it was modern. Big and beautiful pool, great breakfast and lot’s of activities at the resort. Valley of Waves was the best.”

”We visited this new hotel / time share villas during the beginning of the South African winter. Understandably, the insulation is not something that we have used to in Finland, but with air conditioner the temperature of the room was ok. The fuse of the air con just had to be fixed, which happened very quickly after our call to reception. The staff was very friendly and special thanks to kitchen (waiter + cook), who helped to get us some snacks just after the kitchen was closed.”

”I received friendly service from the moment I arrived until the very last minute. The smiles of the staff were genuine, and you could see that they take pride in what they do and where they work. Even the garden personnel would greet warmly and with friendliness. The space we occupied (SEAF12) was spotless and clean. I could not fault anything.”

”Experiência INCRÍVEL. O hotel é maravilhoso, staf absurdamente simpático, estrutura impecável, tudo muito limpo e organizado, comida EXCELENTE.. Sem falar nos games drives que foram um capitulo a parte, nosso ranger percorreu o parque inteiro e pudemos ver todos os big fives mais de uma vez. E no final ainda tivemos a companhia de vários elefantes na piscina do hotel, mágico! 😍 Melhor estadia que já tivemos!”

”Os 25 quartos e as 7 suítes muito bem equipadas , arrumados 2 vezes por dia . Os games ( 2 por dia ) belíssimos e muito seguros ! Refeições elaboradas com muito cuidado e qualidade . Quanto aos funcionários, extremamentes educados e preocupados com cada detalhe para a hospedagem ser inesquecível. Destaco aqui nossa guia Hellen, fez cada game ser inesquecível!”
