”Il signore alla reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile. In compenso devo ammettere che la camera, al piano sotto, aveva lo stretto necessario, pulizia non ottimale, bagno grande ma visibilmente non ben pulito. Camera fredda priva di possibilità di accendere un condizionatore o termosifone. La finestra era altezza persona ed era apribile dall’esterno, senza alcuna sicura per poterla sigillare. Parcheggio a buon prezzo in strada davanti.”

”Wonderful stay right where we needed it. The staff were all so friendly and the room a great size and stocked with what you need. Parking is mainly residential but there are numerous car parks around. Great food in the pub also!”

Easy check in, provided good food and taxi recommendations. 5 min walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to Brighton - lots of nice food and drink spots around. It’s a room in their house but feels very self contained as you don't have to walk through the house to access the room and access to tea and coffee in their kitchen was easy.
