”This was my second and last time in this hotel. The first room didn’t have hot water and after the reception gave me another room, the bathtub plug didn’t work. When asking for someone to help with the bathtub plug, the reception registered the request, however no one ever came to see the issue. Having purchased the room in this hotel specifically because of bathtub access, I unfortunately did not get the value I expected. ”

”Basic hotel. Clean, nice spacious room. Bathroom needs renovation. Taps, sink, toilet etc. Room was nice with wooden walls. Great bed. Restaurant okay. Food and service excellent, atmosphere not so much. Parking was easy. Location is nowhere, so be prepared for that. You get what you pay for.”

”The bar staff were extremely helpful and were able to create a variety of cocktails.
Unfortunately, the restaurant had run out of Merlot and there was none in the entire building. The restaurant was empty for dinner but we were sat under the coldest ”

”Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from...

”Very tasty taditional English Breakfast, but also fruit & croissants available. Coffee machine including hot chocolate, several choices of tea.
I really liked the perks offered for not needing cleaning every day! Surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Plenty of free parking, which is needed for this kind of location.
Friday night wedding kept me awake a bit, which was expected, what I did not expect was a party (assuming only on one room near to us) on a Monday night... Otherwise very...

”This hotel was one of the best we’ve stayed in… the staff really to above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible nothing was too much.. shout out to Ali and excellent massage by Erica, breakfast was very good and the spa and pool really nice to spend an evening relaxing.. we will defo be back ”
