”We had to change rooms because the first room we were given stunk of stale cigarette smell. Luckily, there was another room available so they were able to give us a new room. I feel the cleaners should have reported the room as smelling of cigarettes and taken the room offline to remediate.
Overall, the hotel has great potential but needs some renovation. Compared to other 3 star hotels, it's definitely falling behind.”
