Hae hotelleja – Burlington County

”The location was undergoing renovations, ceilings were open and the parking lot was being resurfaced. There was an odd smell and the rooms were fairly outdated, with stains and mold in areas. The breakfast was a disaster, the waffle irons were on but no mix, and the juice dispenser was empty. There was no butter for the toast and no milk for cereal. When I asked the teen in the kitchen room, he simply said no. That was the end. He opened the juice dispenser showing the empty spots and said...

The location is great & has so many things you can do that are close by. We have been staying here on our holiday/family birthday times for many yrs. We've had good suites, bad suites & middle of the road suites. The property owners really need to invest some $$ into upgrading the suites. ”Unfortunately, the hotel made it incredibly difficult to change our stay. We also waited a while to get into our room, even though we showed up after the noted check-in time. The room was a little dirty and the couch needed to be replaced. The breakfast was the highlight with better-than-usual options, and the attendant was fantastic. ”

”The water pressure was terrible. Shower curtain was not long enough so water got all over the floor. The lights were not all working. These seem small and it was only overnight, I’ll make sure to choose a different location in the future.”
