”The hotel.ia.good, but very very far from.anything else. Breakfast - walk to town, dinner - walk to town, its a bit out of the way and has no options of its own. ”

”The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).”

” We arrived hotel Acantilado in Tehuamixtle. Jalisco and the hotel informs us there are no rooms for us. We are 3 hours out in the middle of nowhere and it will be dark soon. I am thinking going to have to sleep in my car. So they now tell me that I can have a room for tonight, but it is not the room I paid for. I have only a place to sleep for tonight. ”We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was accomadating to us and it really was a nice stay. We deffinately enjoyed the cabana. It was very comfortable and served us well. The hot water wasn't working but we were able to use a different cabanas shower. ”

”We loved the patio. Perfect place to do yoga, watch birds and the sunrise hits the patio directly which is amazing in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the host(s) are very responsive. The house is up on the hill, but it only takes 5-10 minutes to walk into town. Yelapa has lots going on at night and can be loud, we found the location of this house to be located perfectly as it is close to town but far enough away that you're not surrounded by it. We would definitely stay again!”

”Casa Gratitud was everything we hoped it would be. We enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home overlooking the bay. The home was clean and well appointed with most everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weeklong stay. Do be warned that there are 200 stairs from the trail to the house. We enjoyed the daily workout and the view is worth it!Make sure that the water taxi drops you off at the correct pier when you arrive as there are two in the town. We didn’t know and arrived to the wrong...

I was unable to get info back on rental (address) could not get on my phone had I been able to get info earlier a couple of weeks prior to leaving for Mexico would of been great. I had a picture and a local found the rental was lucky. Always love YELAPA very special place. ”
