”Hotel and room were clean. Some scuff marks on corridor paintwork and doors. Other guest were noisy and a lot of traffic noise if you leave the window open. Breakfast good choice but hot meal a little cold and my sausages were undercooked. However plenty of choice. Staff seemed a little disorganized but we're pleasant and helpful. Parking was good at £4 per day. Location excellent to AI and M62 so easy access when leaving. Short taxi ride into town and fairs excellent.”

”We had a lovely stay. The hotel is modern, clean and well presented, and the restaurant, bar and breakfast teams were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. Despite booking a luxury double room, we were initially allocated an accessible room. ”Helpful stay and clean bathroom”

”Excellent equipped and clean room, highly recommended”

”Great weekend, in a great hotel. Only downfall was the storm.”

”The food is good and the staff were cordial. Generally the facilities are quite good.”

”Hotelli on erittäin hyvällä paikalla. Siisti, kaikki toimii, hyvä wifi ja aamiainen. Tyynyt huonoja ja sänky kova. Muuten kaikki hyvin ja hyvä hotelli”

”We stayed in a suite on the 5 floor very clean h as d everything required staff on reception very helpful breakfast was a bit disorganised but satisfactory managed to park on the road with a blue badge for free”

”No air conditioning in the rooms even if advertised in Trivago and such. A window is not an air conditioning! Thru day there should be a tsble fan in every room but no, when :fully booked" no spare to give. Nice staff but you get what you pay, not much and false promises to go with it.”

”Enjoyed our stay at Brighouse Holiday Inn . Room was good size but a little bit dated. Staff were excellent and I got a great price”

”Rauhallinen hotelli”

”Upea historiallinen majoituspaikka. Sijainti täydellinen. Hiljainen, rauhallinen huone. Siisti. Aamupala oli runsas ja henkilökunta ystävällinen.”

”Very unique property and everyone really enjoyed the stay no issues to report and we were able to use all the facilities available”

”Great - clean and not too far in a taxi from Sowerby Bridge (steep incline if walking!)”

”You definitely get what you pay for. The bed was like sleeping on springs covered with a blanket. There was a lot of activity in the hallway all night and a constant banging noise coming from somewhere. There was no heat in the room until morning and the shower was like standing in front of a pressure washer. So if you like mild torture go ahead and book it!”
