”Absolutely terrible experience. We booked a family room and got a smoking room where someone had clearly smoked very recently. Based on the smell of chemicals the staff had tried to hide it. But the barhroom smelled like in a bar. No apologies or any proactive heads-up from the staff.
Once we complained they said the hotel is full and cannot accomodate to other room. Which I of course understand. But no compensation what so ever.
Dishonest and extremely bad customer service. Would never book...

”Pro: near the plaza, which has many stores and places to eat.
Cons: near the fisherman’s wharf and a busy street. A bit noisy in the morning. ”
