”The on-site team were lovely but the communication with the owner was difficult, unclear and not transferred to the on-site team. They did their best but many things did not meet expectations as a result. The presidential package which included a chef, was not a chef at all, but a sweet local lady who struggled to navigate the different food accommodations and thus I had a lot of hangry humans the entire trip. We arrived, having booked two buildings and only one was ready and none of the AC was...

”There are so many great things about this home! Little extras like Google Home for streaming music, master shower overlooking the beach, great lighting, separation of space, bedroom privacy, and security were all unexpected pleasures! The decor is tasteful and the home was very clean. Jorge was responsive and friendly with any issues we encountered. After check out, the cleaning staff report damage to a screen door (which was absolutely not our doing), but he was gracious and trusted my factual...
