”The resort is quiet and boring. Couldn't do too many activities due to them saying we couldn't have 2 people it needed to be a party of 4 minimum. Food was good and some of the staff were friendly but most of them didn't speak or were that helpful. The beach is nice if you're into it.I wouldn't go back and I left 2 days early rather then staying the whole trip.”

”The staff were accommodating and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and as advertised online. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pools were wonderful and our spa experience was extremely positive.
Overall good value for dollar.
Our only complaint would be the cost of a poolside drink - it was wild!”

”The ocean views were amazing! The breakfast was consistently delicious. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. We had a small issue with our room (no fault of the hotel) and the manager quickly offered us an upgrade to a beautiful suite.
There is access via a walking path to two separate beaches, and many dining options nearby (Guiones is a short 15 minute walk down the beach for more options). Overall a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the sun, and the spectacular...

”We had an amazing stay at Hotel Guiones in Nosara, Costa Rica. The customer service was truly excellent—everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.
The location is perfect—close to everything, yet still peaceful and quiet. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
We would definitely come back and...

”Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. The made-to-order breakfast was fresh, delicious, and accommodated our dietary needs (dairy/gluten free and vegetarian). The staff were professional, friendly, always willing to help, and made us feel at home. Loved the free laundry service! The onsite Safari Surf School offers excellent surf lessons, and we enjoyed every moment with them. The all-sand Guiones Beach, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, had ideal waves for...
