”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”

”Hotel is in a great location the grounds are beautiful the room and bed were comfortable with the exception of the in room jacuzzi which we could not use do to the drain not working and the sliding doors to the balcony were cloudy which took away from the view than that nice place.”

”We stayed three nights there and felt absolutely safe and comfortable. This place has a luxurious feel. We loved every aspect of it: the service was great, the breakfast delicious, the pools were amazing, and the farm was a very special place. I didn't have a chance to use the spa, but it looked very appealing. The big advantage that the resort doesn't sell day passes. It was not crowded at all during our 3 night stay in a beginning of May. Safe travels!”

”The staff was so friendly that compensated for everything else. ”Very nice staff. Small grounds with great views of Volcano. Boutique size place, maybe only 10 rooms and nice but small pool deck and 4 hot springs. Great breakfast, very convenient in and out location with a car. Not a fancy big resort place but was absolutely fine and budget friendly, would recommend no problem. Other "grand" volcano hot spring resorts were actually sold out so I picked this one and was very happy, and was lower cost overall with a great breakfast and very friendly staff....

”The view from the top terrace patio was beautiful and it was comfortable to sit outside and nature watch and talk with other travelers. The staff was so helpful and nice. The breakfast options were varied. I needed some down time so sat and read on the terrace with a lovely view and protection from the rain. ”This place is pretty special. It is a small, low key resort. My son wanted to stay close to the pool, so we stayed in a standard room. The room wasn't great. The beds were hard, it could use a refresh, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no soundproofing. If we had picked one of the bungalows or treehouses, I likely would have given the place 5 stars. It is a nice alternative away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna but still close to lots of attractions. ”
