Hae hotelleja – Carteret County

”Upon check-out this morning I was informed that 3 other guests also complained about the dire conditions… My room had a damp feeling - took forever to feel dry after a shower, the floor felt tacky/dirty and was slippery, and who knows what was sprayed all over the headboard. Sad and grimy. No housekeeping - even when I requested it - so ran out of towels. The halls were never cleaned either. I never saw any evidence of an available breakfast and the bar was unmanned and so looked closed all the...

”There was a huge gap underneath the door, the check in area was very tiny and nowhere near as nice as pictured online. I stayed in the room maybe an hour, left and checked in at another hotel. Best way to describe this one is a motel, definitely not a hotel. I could literally hear flip flops outside, babies crying and the door only had a tiny deadbolt lock with doors that opened to the outside. I messaged them later asking for a refund and the only reply I got was asking if I said anything...
