”Expedia didnt have a choice of oceanview / parking view. When arrived , the reserved room pointed to the parking lot. Not a pleasant view. The unexpected "upgrade" to ocean view end up being a bit over 100dls. Maybe something to consider disclosing during the reservation process. ”

”The Palmetto was a perfect spot! The lobby was welcoming and adorable, the location was perfect to explore the city by walking, and we took advantage of the bikes one morning! The rooms were clean and the layout was nice! The renovations were done very well and they maximized space in the rooms and lobby without making anything feel “small”. Everything was just what we needed for a fun and romantic stay in Charleston! ”
