”This was our first spa type hotel we have stayed at in the UK. Loved every minute of it. The pool and the saunas were wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable, the bed excellent. Breakfast was very good, too, especially the sausages were delicious.It was only about 20 mins from Manchester airport. From now on if we need to stay close to the airport, the Mere would be our first choise. Ticked all the boxes, top marks.”

”We booked to stay at Rowton hall because we were attending a wedding. The staff were really lovely and very helpful Julie was exceptional as was another lady who helped us with our luggage. Annabelle on reception was also lovely, they really do have lovely staff, wedding bbq was lovely good choice of drinks, not exorbitant prices? Room was really lovely, nice comfortable beds. Thank you Julie and staff at Rowton hall.”

”The hotel is easy walking distance to the train station and city centre. The hotel is well maintained. The Reception staff were very helpful especially Kurt providing useful information on Chester. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good every day we stayed. Roger was very organised in serving us the hot breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay.”
