Hae hotelleja – City of Winchester

”Definately good hotel, maybe not quite living up five star status. Our third hotel stay during the same week, so it is easy to compare with other being four stars. The staff are doing their best, but glitches in new room cards and reception procedures left a sour taste. The place at the shore is nice, alltough part of the view is blocked by harbour warehouses. It is a bit far from the city centre by walking. The bar at the top has a nice view, but is noisy. All in all good experience, but not...

”Hotel was ok , stayed here 3 weeks earlier, booked in for early check-in, as needed to be out by 4.00pm, was told was booked , phoned the day before to confirm, was told yes that was not a problem & was put on the computer ready for us turned up at 2.05 pm to be told don't know if room will be ready ? When said had asked about earlier check-in, to be told yes can see it on the computer under our name but don't know if housekeepering was told ?? So was given key at 2.45pm after asking another...

”Had an amazing stay. Staff were all very helpful. Really went above and beyond with lovely little touches in room especially for the kids who loved it! Would love to stay again in the future. Breakfast was lovely too! Highly recommend”
