”we had a one night stay at this fairfield. It was terrible. Definitely needs a total refurbushement. Its so old it looked dirty but was topically clean but you still see the worn carpet, stains on the comforters, etc And get this out shower did not work and I said something about it giving me some kind of break on the charges and he said, thats not in my wheelhouse or something to that affect. We had to use our daughters room to take a shower. I could tell the are building a new fairfield...

”I was in room 200. Was a decent room to stay with the family and had everything you may need. Con: Shower head too high of pressure. Front door was very difficult to close. If you don't close it all the way, it will not close. Dead bolt does not lock so better use hinge to lock.”

From the moment I arrived, the property did not give the impression that it was being properly maintained or that guest comfort and cleanliness were a priority. ”Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!”

”Our stay was nice once we were able to check in! Our host neglected to send us the access code to the lock box. We were about an hour late being able to check in. Trying to get internet access for our phones was nearly impossible so that also delayed our check in!! I realize that things happen, but the host offered absolutely nothing for the inconvenience!”

”My husband and I used this accommodation as our “night of the wedding” stay and it was beautiful! The hot tub was wonderful as a good relaxer after a long week and it was so cozy for the 2 of us. It was extremely clean and only 15 minutes from our wedding venue. So thankful we got this experience!”
