”This must have been a truly magnificent building when it was new, now it's a bit tired, there are plastic conduits stuck onto the old walls with high ceilings that take the power to the crystal chandeliers. The green carpet does not go with the turquoise ceiling and battle ship grey paint on the wood chip wallpaper, but it all shows the history of the building and I find the result charming, it has character.”

”Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä aivan rantakadulla. Hotelli oli siisti ja aamiainen hyvä. Ainoa huono puoli oli pysäköinti: ahtaalla takapihalla vain pari paikkaa. Myöhemmin selvisi, että kadun varrelle hotellin eteen olisi voinut pysäköidä edulliseen päivähintaan. Hintaansa nähden hyvä hotelli.”

”Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno. ”

”Everything was perfect, except on the last day Sunday 27th july. Service at breakfast was very poor. 5 staff stood talking at reception desk at breakfast and had eaten breakfast before we ask 3 staff for coffee or tea. We waited 20 minutes before we got tea & coffee. Otherwise everything was perfect. ”

”When we arrived there was no wait at the check in all went very smoothly. We got the lift up to the 2nd floor and our room was only a couple of doors down. The room was plenty big enough, with a sea view when you looked up the street. the room was adequatly furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and vanity table. The bathroom was nicely laid out but the shower was a bit of a squeeze. Overall the room was clean, tidy and with a window that opens properly. The breakfast was self...

”Very comfortable, nice to have an onsite restaurant. Great breakfasts. Staff were very accommodating. Nice furnishings in the room - modern bathroom. I left my jacket in the wardrobe and realized 4 days later! I emailed and received a quick response. Housekeeping had it and it was posted to me the next day. Thank you so much!”

”I have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would truly recommend the Quay hotel to anyone and lm sure they would not be disappointed. Shaun the manager runs a tight ship which certainly makes your stay enjoyable in all all departments. ”A lovely hotel on situated towards the northern end of the promenade in Llandudno. The communal areas both inside and out are lovely and the staff are very friendly. The food served in the restaurant is tasty and well priced. We paid for breakfast to be included and it was delicious. We had a room with a sea view located at the front of the property and it was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable, too. ”Lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. Big relaxing and inviting bar area. The pool area was ok, the hot tub was warm not hot but still relaxing after a long hike. Not a place where you can rest on lounge chairs but if you wanted to swim, sauna, steam room then perfect. Stayed in a lodge room which was the best choice, very quiet and view to greenery and trees. Room and bathroom very spacious. Highly recommend.”

”Clean comfortable room with a view of the seafront, facilities were basic but perfectly functional - we didn’t eat at the hotel - there were many available restaurants available in Llandudno - we had a good stay and I would certainly stay again 😊”
