”Nice room, fantastic swimming pool and well positioned near the Castle. Directly across from 2 supermarkets aswell. Breakfast was nice. Nice and relaxing stay”

What we like about the "Imperial" is the warm welcome we always get, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is the best. What we like is that some members of staff have been there for a long time & nothing is too much trouble for them! Breakfast here is so good! ”

”Great break with lovely friendly staff. The doggy diner should only be for people with dogs and not for guests to play trivia pursuit whilst we eat. This was the only place we could eat with our dog, but the couple were so annoying, that we ate in our room and didn't bother to dine again.”

”Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä aivan rantakadulla. Hotelli oli siisti ja aamiainen hyvä. Ainoa huono puoli oli pysäköinti: ahtaalla takapihalla vain pari paikkaa. Myöhemmin selvisi, että kadun varrelle hotellin eteen olisi voinut pysäköidä edulliseen päivähintaan. Hintaansa nähden hyvä hotelli.”

”We stayed two days, breakfast was served freshly cooked and staff very helpful. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room and bottled water also. The restaurant menu was varied and meals served were well presented. Car parking was also available. A very enjoyable visit to Llaundudno. ”

”This was a last minute break and was delighted with everything the receptionist was very helpful as was all the staff our room had been recently refurbished clean warm and comfortable. Excellent value for money will definitely be back thank you all xx”
