He did not let us know that there is free breakfast. While we are checking out. The free breakfast is over. The front desk rep allow us to still grab what we like that is still available.

”We stayed two nights in August in Stargazer Tent #6. This is NOT glamping! Staff is nice and helpful but management and owners are cutting corners for the bottom line and it shows. We paid $1,000 for 2 nights and got 2 crappy quality towels for two nights and 1 crappy hand towel to share. Shower water was freezing and then staff adjusted it. It was then freezing, scalding hot, warm for a minute then cold again. That went on both nights. No housekeeping! We left on an excursion at 8:30AM and when...
