”Beautiful expansive property with the most welcoming and helpful staff. Taj never disappoints.”

”Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves. The morning breakfast buffet was also quite disappointing. Most of the food seemed to have been prepared or kept out for some time, and almost everything we...

”we had two rooms. with family. stayed for 2 days. it was off-peak season so relatively quiet. Had much of the beach to ourselves which was amazing. staff arranged for early check-in and late check-out. very enjoyable. The beach was clean but not pristine. There were some scattered plastic containers/trash which can be more proactively cleaned up by the hotel cleaning crew. Had two meals here and they were awesome really. Rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Sort of at a level of a 3-star...

”Our stay was very disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and hygiene of the room. We found cockroaches, lizards, mosquitoes and spiders inside the room. More concerning, we also noticed insect/animal droppings, including on the bed. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. A hotel room should at minimum be clean, hygienic and properly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet even these basic...

”Muito boa hospedagem Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos Piscina otima ”

”Good boutique stay. Beautiful wood-laden architecture surrounded by greenery. You won't be disappointed if you have tempered expectations. Best of what Neil has to Offer but leaves you wanting for a bit more.”

”Great rooms and breakfast + courteous staff ”

Consigliatissimo!”

”Beach side is the best catch for this place”

”Bra hotell nær til flyplassen og sentralt. Veldig bra service og vennlige ansatter.”

”Property is clean and rooms are bright and clean. Enjoyed the beach, there is a tide that goes out, cant swim, when the tide is in its beautiful like a large warm pool.”

”The Bathtub water was extremely dirty, and staying here felt like a complete waste of money. From the time of check-in, I reported issues with the Wi-Fi, TV, and telecom services, but none of them were resolved properly. The maintenance staff stayed in the room until almost 12 AM trying to fix the issues, yet the Wi-Fi and TV were still not working. I also spoke with the manager regarding these concerns, but unfortunately, I did not receive any proper support or assistance. Overall, my personal...
