Hae hotelleja – Fayette County

”The breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30 but at 9:00 hot and cold items were missing from the buffet. No eggs, meats, fruit or bread for toast. Just cereal and a few muffins. Patrons complained but items were not restocked. The made to order omelet station was still running but the line was long and slow. There was no internet in our room. The fee for the electric car charging was ridiculously high for a level 2 charger, We would had paid less and spent less time at the Tesla super...

”Very clean hotel and room. Either new or updated. Welcomes dogs. Cracker Barrel right next door. Breakfast was actually very good.”

”This hotel should give a class on how to make your below average hotel look nicer than it is on the interwebs. Arrived to find out they did not have the room with a patio we had booked & paid for. They said they don’t do refunds for their inaccurate bookings & that I would have to take that up with Expedia. Not super nice about it either really. Big factor in us staying here was the pool /game room/activity area. Almost none of the games etc worked, there was no change machine working for...

”Room size”

”When we first walked into our room it smelled horribly of dog pee, we found wet spots on the floor from a dog peeing recently. We opened the pull out couch to find mice turds all over it. We found food, chips, a condom, wrappers and a ladies press on fingernail laying on the floor. It was absolutely disgusting. The one elevator is definitely an accident waiting to happen, it shakes and pops loudly and does not function properly and made me fall over and get hurt. I will never in my life ever...

”The entire hotel and the room were incredibly clean. Even the bathroom was spotless. Staff was super nice, friendly and helpful with everything. I appreciated the breakfast bar actually being a full hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and other offerings.”

”Good location, near a grocery and gas station. Allows pets for a fee. Kitchenette was nice but could have been better stocked. Full size fridge was a bonus. Room smelled a little funny but overall decent place for a quick stop.”

”We booked a double queen room and the beds were not queens. They were double beds was not enough room.”

”A great place. The shower was amazing. But..... The parking spaces! We rented a Tahoe for our trip, and the spaces in the lot were TIGHT. Next time they restripe the lot, they need to make the spaces wider. A small issue, but still. Other than that, we loved our stay.”
