”The service across the entire hotel was top notch (e.g. cleaning crew, front desk, bell hop, valet, etc.). The staff were the standout for this hotel. The location of the hotel is great - right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The hotel restaurant had pretty good food and was convenient. The hotel gym had great equipment in it. ”We opted for a Club Level room for our stay at the InterContinental Buckhead. The premium amenities were excellent, and the 21st-floor Club Lounge experience was fantastic. A massive highlight for us was the complimentary house car service, which made getting around the area incredibly smooth and stress-free.
Unfortunately, the in-room experience and late-night service didn't quite match the luxury price tag. The drain in our bathtub was broken, meaning it wouldn't hold water or stay full....

”Service at the Waldorf Astoria was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel maintains a very welcoming environment. The room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The gym was clean with towels and water bottles on all workout equipment. Highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return.”

”Overall good but missing the items that make it great. My room was not ready until well past 5pm, over an hour after check-in time. Didn’t even offer me a credit for a coffee or glass of wine. Shower was not clean enough. The coffee shop on my second morning was closed as the barista had not shown up. No one thought to put self-serve coffee in the lobby so I had to drive off property to Starbucks. Rooms was a great size and parts of the property are very pretty. Honestly, the resort fee...
