”Everything was amazing, except for a couple of hiccups with the valet. When we went to retrieve our car, they had matched my ticket to the wrong vehicle. Luckily we caught it while we were still grabbing our luggage, but it could have been a much bigger problem. I'd hope the staff pays closer attention to keeping cars and tickets straight. On top of that, checkout took over 15 minutes after we got the "5 minute" ready text. Great hotel overall, but the valet service could use some improvement....

”Room was clean but other than that this hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating. The staff did not tell us about the fact that there was a conference going on at the hotel. We were rushed out of the pool resturant and couldn’t use the pool because they put balloons all over the pool with weights attached to them. ”The property was very well maintained and clean.
The front desk manager was extremely helpful upon arrival. She found us a quieter room at our request. We loved the interior aesthetic and design of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable.
The main bar appeared to have only one seasoned employee. He was great at his job and very helpful. Upon future visits to the same bar, we were left disappointed by the lack of attention and detail to customer service by other staff. Especially considering...

”We enjoyed our stay. The air-conditioning was turned up so high, and there was a vent over our bed blowing cold air on us all night long, which made it a little uncomfortable.
I’m not a huge fan of the self check in. I stay at bed-and-breakfasts to be welcomed by a person. We had a bit of an issue, gaining Entry and had to call the number given. ”We loved the Thompson! Everything was amazing! We used to live in Savannah and this area has become such a pleasant addition to Savannah! Staff helped us quickly with an HDMI hookup and accommodations were wonderful.”
