”clean big room”

”We were greeted promptly and courteously. Our reservation was in place as we expected. That part was fine. But our room was simply unacceptable. There was an odor in the hallways that smelled stale. Unpleasant. But finding food (crushed poptarts and raw pasta) in the drawers was gross. But even worse was when we found food crumbs in the bed. The room was in need of a big upgrade. Quite frankly, we will not be back when we are in the area again.”

”Stayed 2 nights and it was very comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The location is close to restaurants and gas stations. The hotel breakfast was very good too. The scrambled eggs and sausage were the best I've had at hotel breakfasts. Also waffles and assorted other items. Staff was friendly. Felt like a safe area.”

”Could not access the property for three days. Was not able to connect with the local property manager or with Virgo. Had to find other accommodations. When I finally got the code the lock box wouldn’t open at first until several attempts. Will not use this service again. The worst!”

”Our 6 day visit was very enjoyable. The host is nice and responded to our request for additional garbage bags right away; we were pleasantly surprised. The cabin is very well kept and decorated in such a manner that we felt like we were right at home, with all of the modern day appliances, tasteful home decor, We spent some time swinging on the front porch and relaxed watching the light traffic pass by off the peaceful country road. We would stay here again when we visit with nearby family. ”

”I could sit on the porch forever. There is a wonderful bubbling stream 10 yards in front of the tiny home which is nestled at the foot of a mountain ridge and surrounded by old growth trees. Nearby Erwin provides easy-to-get-to groceries and supplies as well as The Groovy Smoothie. Just 15 minutes across the North Carolina border you find Mars Hill which has some very nice restaurants. The tiny home was just as advertised. The host, Jennifer, made sure I was content throughout the stay.”
