”The place seemed to be understaffed - service was slow and quality was nothing special. We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn’t refreshed by housekeeping so we were waiting on clean towels and toilet paper. Reservations were required at both of the upscale restaurants on property which was a bummer. ”

”Hotel is clean and in good shape. The staff is really nice and helpful. It is in a good area. My only complaint would be the elevators needing updated, the floor is coming apart pretty bad.”

”It was a decent stay; however, they need to invest more into their establishment so the customers can feel stay, clean, and secured. My stay felt like they did not care for their customers or the do not have the funding to improve th customers stay!!!”

”Pretty much run down but we were able to sleep before heading on down the road Was small rooms and hard bed. No fridge. No microwave. But I would do it again just for the rest. ”

”Slightly older but kept up top notch! Nice pool. beautiful LODGE (for breakfast) and great outdoor area. Has a cabana with TV, gas grills and covered seating outside. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a 2 room suite with pull out couch so it slept 2 adults and 2 teens with no problem. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen had frig, prep area, dining table (that double as a work area) dishwasher and microwave (no stove). Great value and beautiful surroundings.”

”Everything and everyone was lovely it was very convenient for me I was in a wedding at the 5380 studios this is perfect for your guest to stay and attend your event or special day very close to venue ”

”Room was clean and well put together. The front desk staff were helpful with anything we needed. The hotel was in a convenient location. Parking was easy to get in and out of. Some of the outlets in the room were loose, but we made do. Will recommend!”
