”The bathroom door kept scraping against the tiles, making a noise that woke my child up when we needed to use the bathroom late at night. They need to check the room thoroughly before handing it over to guests.”

”Never again poor service”

”Let people check in earlier if they had a redeye flight because you should have at least one a room cleaned by 9:30-10 if staff comes in at 9. Had to wait 5 hours for a room since they were stickler to 11am being earliest to check in.”

”Either the phone in my room did not work or the office staff did not pick up the phone when I called (twice). First room I was given had no hair dryer, despite the staff insisting that it did have a hair dryer. (It did not.) I was put into a different room; the 2nd room had no working HVAC/thermostat. Garbage piled up outside garbage cans. Property/building/parking lot is old, beat-up, in disrepair. When I tried to use the TV, it let me know there was no internet connection, so I couldn't...

”It was terrible …. I had booked a trip through Expedia and when we got there we had to wait a whole hour for the room to be ready….not to mention the room was never given to us because they were all sold out ! Very dissatisfied and very disappointing”

”The hotel was okay overall. It felt a little run-down, but we slept great.”
