”Second time at this hotel since November. Staff is pleasant. The room is clean and I appreciate that. I did not have body wash provided in my room, and used bar soap, which I dislike. In November the pool was cold. This visit I was informed that the hot tub wasn't working, so I did not use the pool. Parking is safe and easy. The access to the hotel from Rt 116 is easy, finding it from Russell St is a little challenge. ”

”Great property with amazing staff. Close to Smith and in an historic area. Lots of great dining options, places to walk, close to everything. Easy check in and out, free parking, and good breakfast. ”

”The Inn is charming and in a great location. We stayed in the main house and were very at home. Breakfast in the morning was superb; the housekeeping and cooking were excellent. I definitely will stay again when I am in Amherst. ”

”We had such a wonderful weekend in the yurt! Carolyn was so friendly and welcoming, giving us the tour upon arrival so we knew where to find everything we needed. The yurt was such a magical space, plenty cozy and warm even in the cold March weather. We may just have to come back!”

”I’m 50 years old and this is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life- I’ve traveled to many developing countries. Everything was simply gross and to top it off the tv and internet did not work. One positive- the exterior and staff were fine but this didn’t help with the actual accommodations and was actually misleading. ”

”The bed is pretty small, best for people 5 1/2ft or less. and the detergent they use is not allergen free. Please switch to a free & clear option... It was difficult to sleep as someone sensitive to strong artificial scents. Otherwise a great property. ”
