”Place smelled everywhere. It is amazing how little hotels care about weed smells throughout grounds, stairwells, and halls. Breakfast was completely absent of food and most trays were just hot water no food. Elevators broken with long lines. Location was only good thing but not worth it to get what you get with hotel quality. Drive 15 mins to Short Pump and stay in a decent place.”

”This hotel really needs updated and maintained. It looks okay on the surface level of everything, but desperately needs maintenance. I did have a problem with the a/c unit, and it took a while to get a hold of anyone to assist (nobody answered the desk phone, nor was in the lobby) , but once we did they had it fixed quickly (a breaker, apparently), but the outlet in “the wall” was not in the wall, but hanging out of it and I was afraid to touch it for fear of being shocked. ”We were in a handicap accessible room which we did not choose. The shower was ridiculous walls cracked and floor was stained in the shower. Bathroom could use an update. We were in the first floor with a window facing the parking lot no curtains just a shade so you could see people walking past our room and see the inside. Will not stay here again.”
