”I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available. Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed. Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should...

”Very friendly staff especially Karan at reception”

”We stayed in the Windsor suite with the jacuzzi outside and had a lovely stay. The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is very scenic and has a view of the lake. The suite was very spacious and was very well equipped. The restaurant on site offered a wide variety of food to a very good standard. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again.”

”Staff all very helpful. Good breakfast lots of choices. EV charger played up this was a little bit stressful but it was resolved with a few phone calls. not the hotels fault.”

You would think we’re were asking for something obscure and not a duvet and pillow at a hotel with his reaction. Eventually my sister explained we were here for her wedding...

”Sopivan lähellä keskustaa, iloinen ja joustava henkilökunta.”

”Olin rullakiekkolomalla Lutterworthissa. En ollut käynyt kylässä koskaan aikaisemmin, enkä tuntenut seutua. Hotellin ystävällinen henkilökunta neuvoi reitin hallille. Hotellilla oli kaikki tarvittavat palvelut.”

”Handy place for travel”

”Wonderful relaxing stay. Always looked after very well. Delicious food.”

”Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area.”

”Worn-down. Smelly toilet. Many permanent residents.”
