When things went wrong, I expected them to help me find a fair solution, but they refused to give...

”Something of a strange experience. Was let in by someone living there. My room was occupied by a long term tenant. The owner explained the place is an HMO and he didn't know why the room I booked was advertised. He gave me a refund.”

”Hotel apparently doesnt exist on hotels.com even though we booked it throigh them, have the confirmation and paid in full. When we arrived, no record of our booking and they were fully booked!! Very stressful, expensive and unnessessary. Cant comment on the inside as never got that far!!”

”Excellent location with garden and parking, convenient for central London and lovely hosts.”
