”Breakfast is included in the price if you buy the ingredients and prepare it yourself. Jam and some factory-packaged pastries were available. No water or juice. Very poor soundproofing. The smells of the kitchen came into the room strongly. Excellent cleanliness.”

”We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. We then called multiple times and ended up having to sit in the pouring rain with nowhere to go because the cleaner wouldn’t answer the phone until lunchtime. The cleaner arrived and...

”As soon as our booking was confirmed the contact and support was faultless. The only negative is that we were unable to extend our stay. If the property had been available we would have loved to stay longer. Everything wa perfect. ”

”I like that it is very close to the Underground station, Kenton, which was very handy for travelling to see the sights. Some of the areas (restaurant) were a little worse for wear. But acceptable. ”

”The suites are located within a 10 minute walk of Canons Park station, which is about a 35 minute commute to central London. The suite was clean and safe with brand new amenities. My husband and I were very happy with our stay.”

”Would be good to have cleaning cloths and kitchen table chairs for at least 5 person. The apartment door code was not quite working as it should and the number we’re given didn’t answer when we arrived and tried to call for assistance - luckily we solved it ourselves”
