”Not the prettiest entrance and hallways, but nice, spacious rooms and very clean. I was greeted by a young man who instantly recognized I needed some well needed rest, so he let me check in a lot earlier than normal check-in time. Loredana from housekeeping was a gem 😊 Always smiling and offering me help. In general, the few aesthetic flaws are easily compensated by great service and room cleanliness. Didnt expect to much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. ”

”Breakfast is included in the price if you buy the ingredients and prepare it yourself. Jam and some factory-packaged pastries were available. No water or juice. Very poor soundproofing. The smells of the kitchen came into the room strongly. Excellent cleanliness.”

”We stayed in room 5 which was very spacious and clean. Nice modern room with tv. Check in was very easy and car parking space on the drive was £12. We went to a concert at Wembley which was a short uber ride away. Would definitely stay again. ”

”We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. We then called multiple times and ended up having to sit in the pouring rain with nowhere to go because the cleaner wouldn’t answer the phone until lunchtime. The cleaner arrived and...

”Perfect flat for our stay. Clean and stocked with the basics. Shared kitchen if you are looking to cook (although we did not). The host was a pleasure to deal with, quick in responses and very helpful. I would recommend this property for a couple, small family or a single person. We would 100% stay here again. ”
