”This is a beautiful hotel! It’s new and very clean and is in a prime location. You are literally right at the Romford train station on the Elizabeth Line. You can also walk outside and be walking distance to shops, restaurants and even a shopping center. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom mirror had the lights behind it and not above it so it was like putting my makeup on in the dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!”

”Great hotel. Friendly welcome and quick check in. Large spacious room with Dyson fan included which was needed on a hot night. My room was on the front so some traffic noise but that doesn’t bother me. It’s a 10 min walk to Gidea Park station for trains in to London. Ery convenient location and a great price. There’s also a Micropub opposite which is worth a visit. ”

”Super friendly service - we stay in Romford once a year and I wish we’d found this place sooner. Martin is a cracking guy and the price was more than reasonable. ”

”I've been to a place this who offer a similar service but their sauna wasn't as hot and the hot tub wasn't even a real hot tub instead it was a paddling pool that never really got hot enough, but this hot tub at this place was better and more bubbles, also has a cold water type plunge and they give you free snacks and drinks! i would highly recommend to visit!”

”3 hrs before checkin she tells me I’m now staying in Romford as the house has no gas. We agree at £25 she never sends. I arrived at the 4 bedroom house. 3 bedrooms locked and only one available. Midnight I’m looking for somewhere else. She accuses me of using the bed!! Which I didn’t as had to leave as we needed two beds. Won’t issue refund and tells me I should have told her sooner so she could cancel it. Very disgusted and my 7 year old was dragged around in the night while we tried to find...
