”Shower & toilet / basin room was clean.Shower was excellent. Towels provided. Very basic no frills but was perfect for my needs. Tea / coffee making facilities, tv , microwave & fridge all provided. Carpet & mattress could do with updating. Was quiet & had a good nights sleep. ”

”I had a fantastic stay at the Glass House retreat - the team were amazing! Friendly, supportive, and attentive, they made sure I felt right at home. My room was a treat: clean, bright, and airy, with a fabulous rainforest shower and super comfy bed. And wow, the food! Every dish was delicious, I wanted to take the chef home with me! There were loads of activities to keep me busy, and I left feeling refreshed and recharged.”

”I've been to a place this who offer a similar service but their sauna wasn't as hot and the hot tub wasn't even a real hot tub instead it was a paddling pool that never really got hot enough, but this hot tub at this place was better and more bubbles, also has a cold water type plunge and they give you free snacks and drinks! i would highly recommend to visit!”

”Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. ”My daughter and I (she's 4) stayed at the apartment for 11 weeks due to a flood at our house. As you can imagine I was very nervous/stressed about leaving our home, but I needn't have been. We have had a great time in the apartment. It felt like home instantly and we have really enjoyed the time that we have lived here. It has everything in it that you need.
