”Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first room was dirty, with hair in the bathtub. We had to switch rooms, but the second room was also dirty. We had to wait awhile for someone to come clean it. We spent nearly two hours dealing with staff and changing rooms, which meant losing almost two hours of pool time with my son.
