”It wasn't far from the wedding I was attending”

”The hotel smelled of air fresheners and the pool was nearly the size of a hot tub. The location was good, but the parking situation was pay by the day. The hard-surface flooring in the room helped increase our liking of the hotel; the strong air freshener smell was a negative, especially for people sensitive to it.”

”I made a mistake putting my name on the reservation wrong and nobody helped me so I lost my money”

”This hotel was way more than I expected it to be. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful with what we needed. It was in a great location l. Everything you needed was less than a ten minute drive away. If I would give a con about the place would be that the water pressure was low and the water could have been hotter otherwise it was a great stay.”

”When I checked in it took ten mins for the host to come out of the back room, he was annoyed to have to come out to check us in. The restaurant hours were not accurate.”

”I stayed for five days. The room was not cleaned until I requested my hotel room to be cleaned. Each day I asked for clean towels the dirty towels piled up until the room was cleaned and trash backed up in the room. The staff had no name tags so you never knew who you were talking with. All the staff did was make empty promises and apologizes. I booked thru Expedia although I do have an honors account. I was highly disappointed with my stay.”

”The manager was very attentive as a trainee was checking me in. She made sure that everything was right and also gave me very late check out so that I could enjoy all the amenities.”

”Room was completely outdated, and things like the bathroom were actually difficult to use. Note: You had to”step around the toilet to get into the shower”? Our door to our room was broken, we reported it immediately, but nothing was done. Much more than an inconvenience to me and my fiancé. I’m assuming all the rooms are the same (?), so it’s unlikely we will be returning to this property.”

”We had a blast in the outdoor pool with the surf bar and inside with the hot tub and indoor pool. Pickleball was a blast”

”They had no rooms available for hours after checkin time. Dozens of people stuck in the lobby complaining. Staff lied about how long it would take for rooms to become available repeatedly. No attempt to accommodate anybody. No list of who was even waiting first, completely unorganized. Waited an hour while the problem only got worse before just leaving and finding a different hotel.”

”Beautiful location. It’s in the heart of Columbia but tucked away perfectly for a nice retreat. Right by a nice trail. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Pool closes kind of early so make sure you pay attention to the time. Restaurant was worth every penny. Beds were nice. Loved the personalized touch with the tv having my name on it.”

”This property is aging out and in need of major upgrades. The putter corridor is a detached motel. The hotel is engulfed in all manner of odor. The continental breakfast was the equivalent of a vending machine with no hospitality. The internet was non existent for my work laptop as well as my iPad forcing me to use my cell as a hotspot. The only highlight was checking out. I started to write the MD health code department because this operation is long overdue for inspection.”

”Pickup at airport within 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. What stood out above and beyond were the staffs commitment to the customer. From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members. Love from Michigan and Wales. You guys rocked it out!!!!!!”

”The room and bed sheets were dirty, drain in bath tub was clogged and would not go down. I told receptionist to check and fix the issue. When my family and I got back nothing was fixed nor a change of bed sheets”
