”it was a very irresponsible service, where I made the booking on 27th October for 11th December, 45 days prior (booking confirmation 133489232195). Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. After showing the evidences, they were trying to offer us a horrible location as an alternative and argued with me that the Credit Card payment was not made by them, whereas it was debited in October...

”This hotel need to improve with English speaking staff also has to provide food atleast tea or cafe.”

”Quite an excellent resort near the national park. This is probably one on the best choises. Maybe a bit too polite staff as a normal Finnish person feels quite awkward when taken care of too much. We had the dinner buffet included and it was very good. So was the breakfast. The only huge minus comes from Wi-Fi that did not work in the room at all. Maybe it was only temporarily down.”

”We spoilt ourselves with 2 nights in Ahas Pokuna. This is a truly special place. Greeted at the road side by Arun our naturalist guide we were immediately enveloped in the forest following a footpath (truly the only access) leading us up the the very exclusive camp. We were the only guest and had the middle of three tent suites/tree houses. The beautifully maintained grounds of the camp are full of birds and the staff are always attentive. The food is excellent and plentiful. Arun was delightful...

”There was a mixup with our reservation. Owner had organized us to stay in his brothers place, which was good. Even though our relocation he took care of us; organized safari with good driver/guide, gave us several lifts to the village center, as well as restaurant recommendations. He also got us comfotable car to get into Unawatuna. Even though I can't say anything about rooms or food in this hotel, I would book again just because of service was great and everything was taken care of regarding...

”Agthira river camp was excellent. The staff were all friendly and the room was so nice. Looking onto the river was very relaxing and hours were spent watching the monkeys. The buffet in the morning and evening was great. The safari was booked via the hotel and was a great experience.”
