”Hotel manager would not allow me to chrck out, claiming i havent paid. Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary. Was not until i threatened legal action was i allowed to leave”

”The property represents real Jamaica, not the commercialization on Jamaica. Winston and Cassandra were very nice. 2 flaws were that the jacuzzi did not work and neither did the TV the had. But all in all it’s nice!!”

”The staff at Idlers Rest was extremely helpful and so kind and accommodating, especially Maxine !! Husband and I stayed for a week and was greeted every morning with delicious breakfast and hot coffee. Dinner was no different! Maxine makes the best brown stew chicken hands down! We will be returning!”
