”I liked room amenities and how the parking garage was closed to the room and inside the building, although it was pretty tight parking spots with the pillars. Some hallways of the resort smelled, but not where we were staying. I like the on site waterpark for the family. I wished there was more sitting areas around the facilities and pool areas. I loved how comfortable the beds and pillows were. We did have several dirty or stained towels in our room. ”

”New really big hotel with good services for families with kids. Not the best option for couples. Our 3rd visit to Orlando and we selected the wrong hotel for us this time. The hotel was uncomfortably noisy and the staff, although really nice, were not able to help us to change room. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a good nights sleep but might be a fit for families with kids due to other services. We will be staying at our old hotel next time... new is not always better :) Big...

”The room was very spacious, the beds very comfortable, and close to get to the parks-walk, water transport, bus, or gondola. Only one complaint when reaching the front office from your room, it is an automated lady that tries to help and the first night I did not get my blanket like requested from it. I requested the blanket during the day the next day and it was brought up to me.”

”Overall fun stay for our 6 year olds! The hotel is older and to be expected, a little dingy. Definitely could have been worse. The tub in the bathroom was worn and moldy but other than that the room was clean. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable, especially the twins in the queen suite. We also expected it to be 2 actual bedrooms, but the twins were in an area outside the main bedroom and did not have a door for any privacy. The waterpark was fun except one of the slides being closed...
