Overall a great stay the host was helpful. Check in was a nightmare as I was hassled by guest services to do a timeshare tour for over 30 minutes I must’ve told this man no 6 times and he kept on. I eventually literally had to be rude and just walk away after he started asking for a credit card to process. Then called me a whole other day to hassle me on the phone about doing a tour. I didn’t get the room I requested due to a lot of construction going on on site which also had a pool closed down and a few walkways putting us walking a distance out of the way. Then we were put all the way at the end of the hall and the room was clean but had a leak in the floor that was concerning at first I thought someone had spilt something before we arrived to find out this puddle was growing during the stay on the carpet. We kept forgetting and soaking our feet. The second bathtub had been painted and was extremely slippery and during a bath the paint started to chip off and was floating in the bath water. Although I have had better stays at this location before, this won’t deter me from returning. The resort is kept nice and is always clean. That trumps it all.
