”The room was terrible, the Tv didn't work and the radiator didn't work the bed was practically on the floor and the shower was broken”

”Stayed there for a wedding and the pumps were broke so flat drinks were served all day/night, nothing was done about it and food at the wedding was served without notification so we had none.”

”Great stay.”

”Siisti hotelli ja sijainti erittäin hyvä. ”

”Hyvä sijainti. Ystövällinen palvelu. Hyvä vastine rahoille”

”Siisti huone”

”We were kept awake all night by the people upstairs. Not cause they were noisy but cause all rooms have wooden floors and you can hear every step. The finish in the rooms was poor, bits of paint on the wood, chipped walls, and the windows were really old, couldn’t be opened and you could hear everything from outside. We booked it for the spa for my husbands 50th, and were informed on arrival that we had to pay to use the pool. £45 each and that was discounted for that we got a swim in the pool,...

”Avoid this hotel if you are not teenager or in a bachelor/hen party group. Nightclub from 11pm to 5:30am right below the rooms. Good location and spacious rooms but if you appreciate your sleep and have hard time to sleep in techno music, go somewhere else.”

”Yleisilmeeltään siisti hotelli keskustassa. Todella meluisa alue. ”

”Nothing more in the room than a bed. View straight to the office building across the narrow yard. The accessible equipment in the bathroom had probably never been thoroughly cleaned. The vinyl carpet was torn off from the wall in the shower and probably allows water to leak into the wall or floor structure. TV signal very weak. Good location near the centre though.”

”Thae Leonardo hotel is ideally placed for Albert dock and the river Mersey. Its not far from the city centre and all the amenities. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent.”
