”Our staying at Durango was good. Hotel location is not ideal as there are not restaurants within a walking distance. But it is just a couple of minutes drive to historic centre of Durango where all services are available.”

”Beautiful property with everything you need, restaurant and lounge. Walking distance to downtown Durango. Rooms were clean and good sized with a nice balcony by the river. Clean pool and hot tub.”

”The staff were amazing. The rooms and hotel were very clean. Only complaint we have was the restaurant and bar staff. They weren’t very friendly, and weren’t very fast for orders ect.”

”We went to the Diamond Belle and had so much fun! My husband ran into a high school friend, they played violin together and hadn’t seen each other in 45 years! The fit was great, the staff was awesome, and the entertainment was the best!”

”Location. Location. Location. been coming out to Durango, CO for over 10 years. Walking distance to downtown was ideal. A few blocks over from the main drag. It is an older best western. Rooms were a little dark, and dated. Hotel pool in middle of property. Hotel is next to the Durango train station. They did have complimentary drinks in the evenings.”

”The lady who worked hard everyday, Brandie, to keep everyone fed in the morning did an excellent job. The other staff were very responsive to our needs. The room had no bathroom amenities, lotion, etc.”

”The rooms are so tiny! The curtains were falling off, dirty floors in the bathrooms, not at all as pictured, the AC barely cooled the room, and you could hear every noise the neighbors made. The staff was very polite and helpful, but we're limited in how they could improve our situation.”

”when i arrived the office was closed & I was unable to check in, there was a phone number to contact after hours but no one answered the phone. I had to find another hotel to stay that night, when i got ready to check out the office didn't open till 10:00 am and i was unable to get my 50,00 cash deposit. it cost me151.39 for the other hotel plus the 50.00 cash deposit”

”As travelers with accessibility needs, this hotel is top on our list! Super clean, great bathroom space / shower / grab bars. Super nice, relaxed lobby and lounge. The staff asked if we needed additional help, but not in the “poor you in a wheelchair” kind of way. Also - just up the hill (walkable/wheelable) is Ska Brewery — excellent outdoor atmosphere, kids playing in safe natural areas while adults enjoyed a beer. Highly recommend!”

”We booked a cozy (aka small) room for the night of June 5. For our needs it was just right. The check-in was perfect and I loved that part of my phone number was the room code. Very convenient. Ultimately I left behind an item. It was after 5pm that I realized what I had done. The front office was super helpful and even checked a place or two places while we were speaking. It took a little longer to find what I had left behind, but it was found. The motel was very nice, but honestly I think I...
