”Our staying at Durango was good. Hotel location is not ideal as there are not restaurants within a walking distance. But it is just a couple of minutes drive to historic centre of Durango where all services are available.”

”The property is beautiful and the history of the place is kept and showcased. The rooms are tight but as expected in a property of this age but clean and well looked after and provide everything you need. Location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful ”

”The General Palmer Hotel is a special historic hotel. Beautiful and comfortable in all areas. A few things that would make this hotel excellent would be in-room coffee, complimentary water bottles in room, and more or brighter lighting in the rooms. There was not a smart tv in the room but for us it was a minor issue. Beds were very comfortable and the decor matched the feel of the historic hotel. ”
