”Literally the best place to stay in all of Durango even for short stays. I always come here and had to go to a different hotel one time and immediately regretted not staying at The Leland House. It’s central to everything fun in downtown and so nice you might not want to even leave your room.”

”Perfect location, our event was in town and it was a straight shot! Accommodation was very good for 2 guys, 2 bed rooms and bathrooms. We were in town for a American Legion motorcycle event, lots of parking also. We rode in from Cañon City.”

Ross was very quick to answer when I communicated with him. The condo complex is very nice looking as well. We would definitely stay there again.”

”Condo was conveniently located. The cleanliness needed work. It was apparent that the floors were not cleaned well making it feel not guest ready.
The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were low quality. This is one of the most important features of a guest stay. Invest in a name brand mattress and comfortable pillows and it will make a world difference for future guests.
Putting in a few bottles of water and include a welcome note. This would make your guests feel a bit more...
