”Excellent location, close to Durango (10-15 minutes), but far enough out of the city. Wonderful access to hiking trails on property. Had everything we needed and more. Easy to communicate with host. The only downfall were the mice living with us. It didn't bother us too much since the host had this disclaimer, but they did get into our food and left droppings everywhere. ”

”The rooms were exactly as described. We would have spent more time in the spacious game room, were it not for the amazing outdoor covered porch with fireplace. We spent every evening outside :). The kitchen was stocked wonderfully, with everything clearly labelled. I would highly recommend this place for your Durango stay! We woke up every day to the sounds of Elk bugling and the most beautiful scenery. I highly recommend it. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay! Check-in went smooth and was pretty easy to find even in the dark as we arrived pretty late! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The pool/hot tub was awesome and all the mountain activities were a blast. We will definitely be back. Thank you! ”

”This was my third time staying at Holly’s s place. It was the perfect size for us. The location was great for walking into town which we did quite a bit. The Animas River is located a street away. We loved sitting on the porch watching the city deer hang out in the yard. Holly’s place had everything we needed and she was very responsive.”
