”This hotel was very nice! We really enjoyed our stay, we had nothing to complain about, the service was friendly but not "too much", the breakfast was decent, warm, but I love bacon and that was only served one time, the sausages not so good, bisques excellent, even the omelette were good. The bread and butter section was plain. Room are big, comfortable beds and pillows (I'm picky) Stowe didn't work properly, so no boiled eggs for me... Excellent location near the parks, 10-30$/Uber ride to...

”We have been coming for years! There is so much for the kids to do right on property, we really didn't need to go anywhere for the week! Staff are amazing/kind and helpful! ”

”Great hotel. Only suggestion would be to offer a shuttle option to other parks like Sea World etc. Also, it would be nice if shuttle ran after the firework show rather than at 10:00pm, which is when the show starts.”

”We stayed Apr 23-24th, room 7123 and our room had black mold on the walls.They painted over it but it was bubbled out and was very mushy. Our whole room smelled like mold. There were droppings in the closet that looked like mouse poop. The bathroom was not clean and the light fixture had never been cleaned. The towels felt like sad paper on your skin. This isn't a huge deal but the TV was completely fuzzy and you couldn't read the guide because it was so distorted. We were told there was towels...

”Not worth the money”

”The AC was cold and the bed was comfy. Also, I appreciated the warm water and the shower pressure. However, there was a used bar of soap left in the shower from the previous guest.”

”Room was adequate but some of the common areas could have been cleaner. The breakfast was typical, waffles, hard boiled eggs, and frozen breakfast burritos. That said, I would go there again because the price was right.”

”The room smelled like urine. The desk chair was rusted and the paint around the window was peeling and patched from leaks probably. The bathroom had green spots around the doorframe and the tolite was broken. The entire room was disgusting. We left! And upon checking in another guest was complaining about the condition of her room. I have no idea if the ac in the room even worked..the smell was so bad we did not stick around long enough to find out.”

”The entire hotel smelled like weed. Pool was not clean, only had two chairs to sit on. Rooms were too small, beds were very uncomfortable, room smelled musty, air quality was poor. Hotels shouldn’t have carpeting in rooms. I gave this hotel a 2/10 and I was being generous. Pay the extra $30.00 and stay at the Hampton next door. ”
