”Great staff and great time at this location. Although for our 3 day stay we did not get any room service. Had to ask the front desk to send someone up to take our trash out. Also did not get any replacement towels or toilet paper. Breakfast is great outdoor pool is good when it’s hot. Water is cold in the pool.”

”This hotel was very nice! We really enjoyed our stay, we had nothing to complain about, the service was friendly but not "too much", the breakfast was decent, warm, but I love bacon and that was only served one time, the sausages not so good, bisques excellent, even the omelette were good. The bread and butter section was plain.
Room are big, comfortable beds and pillows (I'm picky) Stowe didn't work properly, so no boiled eggs for me...
Excellent location near the parks, 10-30$/Uber ride to...

”We enjoyed the amenities and location. The pools, kids acricket options and food options were great. The free shuttle to the Walt Disney Parks was a great perk and very easy to navigate.
Some issues:
1. We did not have hot water in one of our bathrooms
2. All of the sinks were clogged and did not drain properly
3. The rooms were very loud. We could hear the people above us any time they were awake. It was SO bad one night I called the front desk and they said they’d send security. I met the...

”I enjoyed staying at this authentic Floridian hotel, steeped in history and old-world charm. However, given the price point, I expected a little more luxury and refinement. The property feels somewhat tired in places. I appreciate the challenge of balancing historic character with modern comforts, but unfortunately, this hotel hasn’t quite found that sweet spot. A charming experience, but one that could be so much more.”
