”Easy check in, great parking, nice clean room. Great pool and hot tub. Several fire pits with plentiful seating along the shoreline. On site restaurant was a bit pricey. No continental breakfast. Coffee not available in main lobby until 8 am - should be 6 am. Coffee maker in room made flavorless dark colored hot water. Yeah, I like my coffee early. Everything else about Larsmont Cottages was great.”

”The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is OK - not many healthy options, but one can find something to eat even if one is vegetarian and prefers eating gluten-free food. The location is very good. Great price for the money. I will stay there again.”

”Had a very nice stay! Room was clean and didn’t smell like anything at all 🙂 It had just what we needed for our few day stay. The owner was very kind and helpful. He even made some calls and switched some things around for us so we could add a night. Would definitely stay here again.”

”Eat at the restaurant at the hotel. It was the best. I’ll never have better north woods biscuits and gravy. Chicken tenders, burgers, fries, ribs, chicken parm were also all so good. It was great.”

”The place was really nice! We loved the proximity to the state park. We could just start skiing right from the property. The sauna definitely takes a while to heat up, but was nice once it got there. I would say 6 people would be overcrowded in the space. We had 4 people and we found seating a bit challenging, usually one person would sit on the floor. And the entry way made it hard to get in and remove shoes/store shoes by the door. But overall, I’d happily stay again with less people in our...
