”Very pretty, clean boutique hotel. Beautiful decor, comfortable room with beautiful view, large bathroom, excellent cleaning service. Breakfast was simple but was very delicious. Staff and all service members were friendly and polite. Excellent location, just outside of the main core of the city in a dead end street so it is very quiet yet walking distance to everything downtown where you can take rail car up the mountain to Fansipan.”

”The hotel has amazing view of the rice paddies. Customer service is excellent, friendly staff and food is great. The one thing we didn’t like was that housekeeping came in to tidy up our room after we came back from our dinner. They let down our mosquito net. Also, the net had dead ants in it. I didn’t expect them to tidy our room just after checking in. Plus, we didn’t ask to do that so that part was weird. Besides that, it was a lovely place to stay and relax!”

”Such helpful staff. Beautiful facilities - the buildings, gardens, paths, rooms, cups in the rooms, the fitout of the bathrooms. Everything was gorgeous. The views over the surrounding valley were so serene. Fabulous place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa township. Thank you for a fabulous stay!”

”Mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä. Skootterin vuokraaminen onnistui helposti ja hotellissa oli oma parkkihalli. Aamupala olisi voinut olla runsaampi. Gluteenittomia vaihtoehtojen ei ollut erikseen tarjolla. Kokki valmisti pyynnöstä hyviä omeletteja. Huone oli tilava ja ikkuna torille päin. ”
