”We booked this hotel to have a nap in before our train departed but it turned out to be quite nice for the price. It is the cheapest hotel I've ever booked but certainly not the worst. We would have happily stayed a night if not for time constraints. The room did smell a little bit like cigarettes and the bed was Vietnamese (so hard by western standard), but again for the price we were happy with it.”

”At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not...

”The room was nice. It did smell of smoke though. Hotel name was actually in Vietnamese and not “White Lotus” so it was a little difficult to find”

”Great stay at great hotel. Nothing to complain about. Room was quiet and clean, soft bed, all electronics were working. The location is not central but we wanted a quiet street and this is what we got. Secured parking for our bikes. Best chicken pho I had in Vietnam in 3 weeks was at their breakfast. Good job!”

”Room was clean and the area clean. The area was nice place to rest after a busy schedule. Staff were great and made our stay extra special over the Tet holiday. Played a few games of pool which was a fun way to end the evening. Its about 10 -15mins out of town so make sure u can rent a bike. Good place for families as the kids have space to run around ”

”Sapaxa Spring Garden Ecolodge has been the highlight of our trip to Sapa. It truly has been an immersive experience in the beautiful and peaceful countryside. The bungalow style suites consisted of comfortable, cozy beds and bedding which includes all the necessities that any hotels can offer. ”JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!”
