”We stayed at Stella de Boutique Hotel for two nights with friends. We truly enjoyed our stay.The couple who own the hotel are truly some of the most wonderful people I’ve met in Vietnam. They are incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent. A truly lovely place to stay.”

”The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. ”We stayed at KK Sapa Hotel in September 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon entering our first room on the 17th floor, we immediately noticed a strong, pungent smell resembling urine. The smell was not coming from the bathroom but was strongest at the entrance. ”Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! Would stay again if we find our way back to Sapa! Extra shout out to Mun and Anna! ”

”JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!”

”I booked into another hotel and it was bad so I checked out. I found this place and I’m so glad I did. The location was excellent, close walk to everything. The square, lake, restaurants nice walk down to Cat Cat village. The host was great so was the breakfast. I would recommend this place. ”
