”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”Location great. The staff were excellent. The room was good and spacious. Nice bar but limited wine and beer! (didn't like any of the lagers, UK brewed despite coming from Spain etc) Loved the breakfast and the atmosphere. I can'r remember the guy's name who welcomed us and took us to our table but he was excellent, upbeat and amusing even early in the morning.”

”The room was nice and the location of the hotel at the beach is excellent as was the breakfast. The tv in our room didn’t work and we complained three times about it at the reception, but nothing happened 😵”

”Very friendly service everywhere. Excellent breakfast. Older hotel w charm. I booked the smallest room for 3 day trip and as fairly big guy it was a mistake :) Shower so small that i was barely fitting myself in. But the room is ok if you just need a bed for the night. Room itself was clean and bed comfy. ”

”Very nice small hotel with great location close to the pier and city center. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast.”

”Breahfast choices were either continental or cooked English. Not many vegan choices available.”

”Nice Hotel with good customer service. I highly recommend.”

”Lovely hotel, good staff and nice food/wine. Only negative was the cost of nearby parking at £44 per night - apparently normal for this part of Brighton.”
