”the staff was very snotty. I called down to the office to ask a question and was hung up on twice. Got a lot of attitude from the manager for absolutely no reason.”

”We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and close to many of the sites we wanted to visit. The place had so many nice amenities, the restaurant food was very good and all the staff were very accommodating. Only thing I missed was a pool, but I hear you’re expanding and adding a pool! How exciting!! Hope to return with my whole family.”

”I've stayed at this property before and I've had no issues. This trip our toilet made horrible noise and the exhaust fan was so loud we couldn't use it. I reported this to the front desk but they were no help and didn't do anything about it. Breakfast was not very good.”

”1 of the 4 EV chargers was broken, so couldn’t get a charge. If you want a free charge come early. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay.”

”I wasn’t aware this was directly attached to the airport, probably my fault for getting sick of reading reviews. But they claimed soundproof and it is absolutely not, could hear every single noise in the hall and it was quite disruptive. There’s also no parking. As we weren’t flying and left the next day, we had a $25 parking fee we weren’t expecting. Wouldn’t stay again.”

”Advertised on Expedia as room for 5 adults. Clearly was not as only 2 beds and no couch or roll away. Power went out preventing hot breakfast. Staff sat scrolling on phone rather than trying to help guests. Could have set out things that didn't require cooking.”
