”It was what you expect for the price point and being the chain that it is. Staff were very nice. Room was clean. The room could use a good scrub on the baseboards and first impressions would go a long way if bayhroom water damage was fixed. Bathroom is incredibly tiny so to use it with the door shut it drove home the water damage behind the toilet, dirt in corners, and the shower curtain rod pulling from the wall. ”The woman that checked us in was a pleasure! She was very helpful. The hotel was quiet and bed comfortable . But - coffee maker in room didn’t work and there was something sticky gross on the wall. Housekeeping could have cleaned it. Breakfast was just coffee and a danish. 🙁”

”Camper was very clean and located conveniently to Madison Springs and the Withlacoochee River. Host was responsive and available. There is nature all around, however trucks from nearby road can be heard. For the elderly and small pets, steps to the camper may be difficult to climb. ”

”The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals.”

”You will need for nothing! Our host, Tina, quickly responded when I had a question. Very clean inside and out with new amenities added since our last stay. Great kitchen, it was the hub of the family time. If you get a chance to stay here, grab it. Well worth it!”
