”Front desk staff/maintenance staff were great. However, a particular female employee (perhaps cleaning staff) was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABRASIVE to my wife. We had a problem with the door handle to front door of our room. Front desk staff told us how to get it to open. Next day still had the problem. My wife asked a cleaning staff lady if she could open the door. She said my wife had to go to front desk. My wife went to front desk, they walked back to room to assist.

”Stayed 2 days and both days got wakened up by fire alarms at 6am and fire personnel…when we called to see if we needed to leave we told that they don’t know smh the room it’s self was good size and staff was overall nice but shower was dirty and rooms are little dated. I think besides the fire alarms waking us up it was an okay hotel near Buc-ee’s …I hope they get it together and other guests don’t have to wake up at 6am with fire alarms screaming and going off.”

”It was “ok”. Staff was nice, they helped me get into my room early. However when I went into the room, the walk in shower had two strands of someone else’s hair in it and areas of the tile grout were black. The sink stopper was broken and wouldn’t lift up when pushing the lever down. The only way to lift it was to manually touch it by putting your hand in the dirty water to lift it up. There was also dirt on the flooring near the balcony door.”
