”Great location on the River Walk! Clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Plus, I had a restful night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Would go back if I visit San Antonio again.”

”I would say we normally stay in the Marriotts, so we take a chance on this place. Yesterday morning ordered room service the lady was pretty rude, seemed frustrated the whole time. We wanted order smoothies also and asked her what’s in the smoothie. She said I have no way of knowing what’s in the smoothie. When we first got here, we asked for additional bedding and they never came, ended up calling back a couple hours later, and finally it did come. Let’s see, overall it’s pretty clean, but not...

”La habitación estaba limpia pero aparentemente porque nos causó algo de alergia. La comida caliente y buen sazón. El café de diez lo mejor del día y del desayuno. Muy apreciado que tengan café las 24 horas del día. El personal muy amable”

”No waters in rooms. Front desk help or room service takes a long time to arrive. No cleaning of rooms for more than 24 hours. We need towels. And valet to receive car wash long wait. Could have been better.”

”Very nice place!”

”Good location, clean room”

”This place is first class from the time you step out of your vehicle. The staff is professional they hold doors for you and the facility is outstanding. They’re doing a great job keeping everything maintained and fresh. The rooms are beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are amazing. My wife and I went for our anniversary and we will definitely want to go again sometime.”

”If you like historic this is great if you are expecting updated amenities to go with it this might not be the place for you. A comfortable stay and affordable. There's an Indian restaurant in the lobby and the food is amazing but the aroma of curry ruminates through the lobby.”

”Ice machines not working except on the 3rd floor . A loud rattling humming noise early both days we stayed there . Front desk sent maintenance, maintenance said the loud rattle in the walls came from the washing machines on the first floor . Was awaken early both days by this .”

”Terrible experience! The hotel was dirty, the staff were unfriendly, and the breakfast buffet was disgusting, with trash everywhere. The AC unit in my room was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep. The valet overcharged me, and when I contacted the hotel, Carlos was extremely rude and unprofessional, even telling me to relax instead of addressing the issue respectfully. Overall, a horrible stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
