”Arrived 30 minutes before check-in and appreciated we were early.
We were told we couldn’t check in as there were others waiting but they would call us when we could and to wait in the bar which is at the reception area.
Others left the bar to check in and we were not called. Then people arrived and checked straight in. After this happened a couple of times, I asked if we could check in yet. We could! No apology for not calling us forward.

”Staff really friendly, welcoming and attentive, breakfast was lovely - fab location; pool and spa a nice touch; we did have an AC issue and the room we were in was really noisy, but staff were fantastic and they upgraded us for our 2nd night. Overall had a fantastic stay, highly recommend and would return ”

”Stayed in the hotel for three nights. One night alone, and two additional nights with a friend, as we were four guys, who came to see Liverpool FC match. - First night was relatively good, but some surprising shortcomings in a hotel of this age (new). The air suction in the bathroom kept intermittent noise, which I couldn't switch off myself. It just came and went. Another thing was the shower head, which came off from the shower hose.
