”Hotel and room were clean. Some scuff marks on corridor paintwork and doors. Other guest were noisy and a lot of traffic noise if you leave the window open. Breakfast good choice but hot meal a little cold and my sausages were undercooked. However plenty of choice. Staff seemed a little disorganized but we're pleasant and helpful. Parking was good at £4 per day. Location excellent to AI and M62 so easy access when leaving. Short taxi ride into town and fairs excellent.”

”It was a good hotel and it had free parking which is a bonus. Room was okay, the carpet had maybe 1 or 2 questionable stains. The bed was big but was creaky. I would recommend a wooden bed. TV was big and had access to the Internet so I could use Netflix. Bathroom was decent too. Location was great and for the price I can't complain. If I need a place to stay last minute again then I would defo come back.”

”Staff were lovely, big car park. Bed was okay. Everything in the room seemed to be very low.. The sink, the door handle.. All felt like I had to bend down to use. Very weird to have no plugs by the bedside, and only on the other side of the room, which was odd given it's all been recently refurbished. Good location, and I'd stay again.”

”Excellent equipped and clean room, highly recommended”

”A welcomed change to your typical hotel stay. Will be back.”

”All good”

”Beautiful”

”The food is good and the staff were cordial. Generally the facilities are quite good.”

”Hotelli on erittäin hyvällä paikalla. Siisti, kaikki toimii, hyvä wifi ja aamiainen. Tyynyt huonoja ja sänky kova. Muuten kaikki hyvin ja hyvä hotelli”

”We stayed in a suite on the 5 floor very clean h as d everything required staff on reception very helpful breakfast was a bit disorganised but satisfactory managed to park on the road with a blue badge for free”

”No air conditioning in the rooms even if advertised in Trivago and such. A window is not an air conditioning! Thru day there should be a tsble fan in every room but no, when :fully booked" no spare to give. Nice staff but you get what you pay, not much and false promises to go with it.”

”Enjoyed our stay at Brighouse Holiday Inn . Room was good size but a little bit dated. Staff were excellent and I got a great price”

”Firstly, the hotel, staff and amenities are really good. The reason for my low score was the noise from the weddings. It was unbearable. I was in Wakefield on a business trip. I received an email a couple of days before to say there would be a wedding on the first night of my stay. When I arrived I was told that there was going to be a wedding on both days. The wedding marquee was right outside my window. It was so loud that I couldn’t even hear the tv which was a metre or so away from me....
