”Lovely setting for the wedding”

”Rooms need upgrading on the 2nd floor. We arrived 1pm. Check in normally 2pm. Reception wanted £10 extra for each room for an early check in. PARKING EASY £4 PER NIGHT ”

”Lovely location. Our room was on the lower level and the bed was rather bumpy but clean. ”

”The breakfast food was spot on Fresh tomatoes ,fresh mushrooms, Eggs cooked just as i asked soft yoke, a perfect selection of sundries, The evening meal, was excellent, with a very varied menu to suit all tastes, The Irish coffee i asked for was very bitter, so much so i actually could not taste the whiskey. Another major downside was the tedious matter of having to que up at the bar to order food, , Table service ordering has been stopped, I found this bizarre for a hotel to adopt this...

”Hotelli ihan ok, mutta alue ei ollut turvallisen tuntuinen. Olimme maksaneet koko viikon majoituksen, mutta yövyimme vain kaksi yötä ja vaihdoimme pois Bradfordista koska siellä ei ole turvallista olla.”

”Excellent staff first and foremost can’t fault them. Room spacious and clean. Food excellent. Breakfast excellent. Can’t complain about anything. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.”

”Extremely comfortable bed and spacious room. Far too hot and unable to control the heat. No remote control for tv and had to ask 4 times for it when it finally arrived in time for leaving the tv didn’t work as the WiFi was too weak. Bit of a disaster affecting everything as I was travelling solo and relied on the tv for company ”

”Good sized room, very centrally located next to shops, restaurants, and transport. The hotel is a little dated but it was very clean. The staff were all lovely and really make you feel welcomed.”

”The staff is fantastic. So attentive and friendly, they made my stay superb. ”

”No air conditioning in the rooms even if advertised in Trivago and such. A window is not an air conditioning! Thru day there should be a tsble fan in every room but no, when :fully booked" no spare to give. Nice staff but you get what you pay, not much and false promises to go with it.”

”Good place to stay very quiet while we were there. Staff very friendly and helpful, reasonable bar prices. Possibly a little difficult to find after dark if travelling on foot from the tram stop. Would definitely stay again.”

”The hotel is lovely and well situated. We had a suite which can accommodate a family of 5. The pool was nice and clean (but water was a little on the cooler side). There were floats and noodles the kids could use as aids. The gym and sauna are nice but we didn’t get to use them. The room service menu is good and well ranging. Not many staff on reception at check out.”

”Lots of old T. V s in the Hotel they need to update all rooms as I could only get a few channels”

”Hotelli on erittäin hyvällä paikalla. Siisti, kaikki toimii, hyvä wifi ja aamiainen. Tyynyt huonoja ja sänky kova. Muuten kaikki hyvin ja hyvä hotelli”
