”The fridge in our room was not working and so we lost some food night 1 before we realized it was not getting cold even on the highest setting. The fan in our bathroom also did not work, and squeaked extremely loudly and continuously whenever the bathroom light was on. Our flyer upon check in said to tell the front desk if we needed new towels or needed dirty ones picked up. We did so two nights in a row and our towels didn't get picked up for 3 days. ”The rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. The hot tub felt like we were getting drowning in chemical fumes… the whole pool area honestly just felt stuffy. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast! About 15 minute walk to St.Ignace downtown which was great! All around, we are very pleased with our time.”

The concierge was very professional and attentive, the room had luxury amenities and decor, and even the landscaping was well-kept.

”Amazing stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was amazing and service was exceptional. Only knock is the outside sun deck was closed to hotel guests due to a private party other than that would highly recommend.”

”Loved the location of this hotel. Easy to walk to breakfast, dinner, sites and shopping. Loved the rocking chair front porch. The room was very nice. We got a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. Good use of space in a small room but plenty of room to move. Loved having a refrigerator. Get desserts across the street at the carriage house!
